CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
The White Card is a mandatory requirement for anybody who wishes to gain or maintain employment in the construction industry in Australia.
ABOUT THE COURSE
This course will cover the following topics; Duty of care, WHS communication, Reporting, Risk Management, Hazard Controls, WHS Incidents, Safe Work Practises, Safety Documentation and Role, Responsibilities & Rights.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Total duration is 6.5 hours, training and assessment is conducted on the same day. At completion you will get a statement of attainment and a statement of training this enables you to work in construction until you receive your white card. The white card is delivered via post.
REQUIRMENTS TO OBTAIN A LICENCE:

Applicants to be at least 14 years and over.

Read,speak and write in the English language.

Understand technical concepts.

Provide adequate 100 points of ID.
